When you purchase access or interact with MasterKelly Capital, we may collect the following information:

      · Email address (for access delivery and communication)

      · TradingView username (to grant strategy access)

      · Transaction reference (for payment verification)

      · Basic usage data (page visits, general analytics)

We do not collect payment card numbers, banking information, or any sensitive financial credentials. Bitcoin transactions are handled directly on the blockchain.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

      · Deliver and manage your membership access

      · Send your access token and TradingView invitation

      · Respond to support requests

      · Improve the service over time

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Member data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption. Access tokens are hashed and stored securely. We retain your data for the duration of your membership and up to 12 months after expiry.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

      · Supabase — secure database storage

      · Resend — transactional email delivery

      · TradingView — strategy delivery and chart widgets

      · Discord — community communication

      · Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through Discord. We will respond within 30 days.
